It's at a friend's ranch 57 miles north of Austin that I have visited for 50 years. This old windmill I light painted, then waited for the stars to show in my composite image... but right after I took the photo, the wind shifted, and what appears to be a shadow, is actually the windmill vane, but not "light painted." It's just there because the wind changed direction. It gave the photo a 3D look as I first thought it was weird when I looked at it until I realized what happened.
